Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our newsletter, Moringa, and how we work.

Yes — completely free, forever. We are funded by affiliate partnerships and occasional sponsored content (always clearly disclosed). We will never charge for the core newsletter.
Once per week, every Saturday morning. Occasionally we send a bonus email for very significant research findings or community announcements — never more than twice per week total.
Our health content is written and reviewed by qualified nutritionists and referenced to peer-reviewed scientific literature. However, Moringana is an educational resource — not a medical authority. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before changing your diet or supplement routine, especially if you have a health condition or take medications.
You are welcome to share our articles with attribution and a link back to the original post. For republication, partnerships, or licensing requests, please contact us at hello@moringana.com.
We source from peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Food Science, Phytomedicine, Journal of Ethnopharmacology, and databases such as PubMed and WHO publications. We cite our sources in every research article and correct errors promptly when they are identified.
While Moringa leaves are traditionally used in some cultures to support lactation, the bark and root of the Moringa tree contain compounds that may stimulate uterine contractions. As such, Moringa supplements (especially in concentrated powder or extract form) should be avoided during pregnancy unless under medical supervision. Always consult your midwife or OB-GYN first.
Every newsletter we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off our list immediately — no dark patterns, no "are you sure?" flows. We honour all unsubscribe requests within 24 hours.
Moringana is a content and education platform — we do not sell Moringa products directly. Some of our articles contain affiliate links to third-party suppliers we have independently evaluated. These links are always disclosed. We earn a small commission at no extra cost to you if you purchase through them.
